1. Description of Services
The Objectifs Film Library is an educational and research resource by Objectifs Centre Ltd (“Objectifs”), focused on short films from Southeast Asia (“film” or “films”). Short films in the library are available for rent online for a nominal fee (“Service”), and can be viewed for free at Objectifs' premises at 155 Middle Rd, Singapore 188977 The films can be streamed over the Internet to computers and mobile devices.
2. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms & Conditions are subject to change without prior written notice at any time, in Objectifs' sole discretion, and such changes shall apply to any purchases made after such changes are posted.
Therefore, please read these Terms & Conditions prior to each purchase so you will understand the terms applicable to such transaction. If you do not agree to these Terms & Conditions, do not make any purchases or access the Objectifs Film Library.
3. Access and Use of Service
You may register as a Objectifs Film Library user of the Website free of charge (a "User"). To become a User, click on the Get Access Now button, which will lead you to a page to create your own account and to make payment for the film.
Alternatively, submit your email address to Objectifs at info@objectifs.com.sg and we will create a User ID for you. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password, and for restricting access to your viewing device.
You may not create an account if you are younger than 16 years of age. By creating an account, you represent that you are at least 16 years of age, and you have the permission of a parent or guardian to create an account and use the Objectifs Film Library.
For Parents or Guardians, by granting your child permission to use the Objectifs Film Library through your account, you agree and understand that you are responsible for monitoring and supervising your child's usage. If you believe your child is using your account and does not have your permission, please contact us at info@objectifs.com.sg immediately so that we can disable access.
4. User Information
You are solely responsible for the information you input or upload to the Objectifs Film Library and warrant and represent you have the right and authorization to register for Objectifs Film Library.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your information as it relates to the use of the Objectifs Film Library, including your username and password, and are responsible for all uses of your username and password whether or not authorised by you. If you wish to have someone else use your device, it is important you always log out so no other individual will have access to your content.
By signing up as a User, you agree to receive notices from Objectifs at this email address.
5. Use of Objectifs Film Library
Objectifs Film Library is offered only for video streaming and related materials.
Objectifs grants you a limited, non-exclusive license to access and view the film(s) for your own personal and non-commercial purposes.
In using the Objectifs Film Library, you should not:
• Modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, reproduce, publish, license, transfer, create derivate work from, sell or re-sell any film(s) or information obtained from or through the Objectifs Film Library.
• Submit any malicious script, code, program or spam in connection with the Objectifs Film Library.
• Take any other actions that could damage, disable, or impair any part of Objectifs Film Library.
6. Billing
By renting the film(s), you authorise us to charge you a one-time payment fee at the then current rate, and any other charges you may incur in connection with your use of the Objectifs Film Library to your Payment method.
Payment can be made by credit card or PayPal. Each user agrees to maintain valid credit card information as part of your account information when applicable. The payment will be reflected as “Objectifs Film Library” on your monthly credit card statement.
We reserve the right to adjust the price for our service or any components thereof in any manner and at any time as we may determine in our sole and absolute discretion.
Payments are nonrefundable, and there are no refunds or credits for partially watched films.
7. Copyright
Objectifs respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its Users to do the same. Objectifs enforces third party’s intellectual property rights and will, in appropriate circumstances, suspend or terminate the accounts of members or Users who infringe a third party’s copyright.
If you are a copyright owner, or authorised to act on behalf of one, please report alleged copyright infringements taking place by providing us with the following information:
• The description of the copyrighted work that has been infringed, if applicable, the URL of the link on the Objectifs Film Library.
• Provide your full legal name, mailing address, telephone number, email address.
• A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the copyrighted work is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.

8. Privacy
We collect personal information about you through and in your connection with your use of the Objectifs Film Library and your use and/or purchase of Objectifs’ films. Please refer to Objectifs’ Personal Data Protection Policy here.
9. Warranty Disclaimers
Objectifs makes no warranties of any kind, express or implied, with respect to any films made available on this site. Films and film gifts are provided or sold “as is” and Objectifs disclaims any and all representations and warranties, whether express or implied, including without limitation implied warranties of title, merchant ability, and fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. Objectifs cannot guarantee and does not promise any specific results from use of products or services. Objectifs does not represent or warrant that products, services or any part thereof, are accurate, complete, reliable, current or effort-free, or that products or services that are streamed from the site are free of viruses or other harmful components. Therefore, you should exercise caution in the use and streaming of any such content or materials and use industry-recognised software to detect and disinfect viruses.
10. Indemnities
Users agree to indemnify Objectifs and its directors, employees and partners, against any loss, liability, claim, action, demands and expenses, including without limitation reasonable legal and accounting fees alleging or resulting from a) your use of the services, b) any user generated content or communications, or c) your breach of the terms of this agreement. Objectifs shall provide notice to you promptly of any such claim, suit, or proceeding, and shall assist you, at your expense, in defending any such claim, suit or proceeding. Objectifs reserves the right to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter subject to immediate indemnification.

12. Governing Law
These Terms of Use shall be governed by and be interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore and the parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of the Republic of Singapore.
